The rules for using App Store Connect MCP. They go with our Privacy Policy, which covers what we collect and why.
Accepting these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Little Planet Labs, LLC ("Little Planet Labs", "we", "us"). By using App Store Connect MCP, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.
If you use App Store Connect MCP on behalf of a company or team, you're agreeing to these terms for that organization too, and you confirm you're allowed to do that.
You need to be at least 13 years old to use App Store Connect MCP. How we handle information is covered in our Privacy Policy.
What App Store Connect MCP is
App Store Connect MCP is a remote MCP server. Once you sign in and add your team's App Store Connect API key, it lets Claude, or another MCP client, call tools that read your App Store Connect data, including builds, App Store versions with their release status and metadata, App Review submissions, TestFlight groups and testers, Xcode Cloud build runs, performance metrics and diagnostics, TestFlight feedback and crash reports, and App Store customer reviews, on your behalf. Using the tools needs an active license. During early access, we grant licenses on request. The tools also let you mark TestFlight feedback, crash reports, and customer reviews with a status. We store that status, and it's never sent to Apple. The tools only read from App Store Connect. They never reply to a review, invite a tester, change a group, start or cancel a build, edit your App Store listing, or change anything else there.
Your account
You sign in with your Apple ID through Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for keeping access to that Apple ID secure, and for anything that happens through your account.
Your API keys
You provide your own App Store Connect API key. You're responsible for the role you give that key in App Store Connect, for keeping it valid, and for complying with Apple's own terms for the App Store Connect API and TestFlight. Revoking a key in App Store Connect cuts off App Store Connect MCP's access to it immediately.
Acceptable use
Use App Store Connect MCP for what it's for. Don't:
- Attack, probe, or disrupt App Store Connect MCP or the systems behind it, or try to get into parts of it you weren't given access to
- Get around rate limits or other restrictions
- Use an App Store Connect API key you're not authorized to use, or share access to your account with someone who shouldn't have it
- Use App Store Connect MCP to break the law or to harm anyone, including us and Apple
- Suggest that App Store Connect MCP is endorsed by, or an official part of, Apple's own tools
Third-party services
App Store Connect MCP depends on services we don't control. Apple provides Sign in with Apple and the App Store Connect API, and its availability, rate limits, and terms apply to what you can do here. If you have a license, TypeSafe (typesafe.ai) runs the Jev model that labels TestFlight feedback, crash reports, and App Store customer reviews with a priority and a type, under its own terms. The MCP clients you connect, such as Claude, are separate products with their own terms, and what they do with the App Store Connect data a tool call returns is between you and them.
No affiliation with Apple
App Store Connect MCP isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple. App Store, App Store Connect, TestFlight, and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc., and we use them only to describe what App Store Connect MCP connects to.
Availability and changes
We run App Store Connect MCP on a best-effort basis. It may be slow or unavailable at times, and we don't promise any level of uptime. We can change, pause, or shut down any part of it, including specific tools, at any time.
No warranties
App Store Connect MCP is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the data a tool call returns will be accurate, complete, or on time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Little Planet Labs isn't liable for any damages arising from or related to App Store Connect MCP or these terms, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, including lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if we were told they were possible.
Some places don't allow some of these exclusions or limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Termination
You can stop using App Store Connect MCP, disconnect any client, and delete your account any time from the dashboard. We can also suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using App Store Connect MCP after that, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute related to these terms or App Store Connect MCP will be handled in the state courts located in Williamson County, Texas, or the federal courts for the Western District of Texas, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
The rest
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part of these terms, that doesn't mean we've given up the right to. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about App Store Connect MCP.
